Where are you located?

What is your standard tailoring construction?

Half canvas construction with padded canvas lapel (full canvas available surcharge £170)

Where are your materials from?

We only use the finest quality materials from England and Italy with a few exceptions.

What are your lead times?

The lead times on suits or tailored garments range between 5-8 weeks. Depending on cloth and depth of work involved. Shirts take between 3-4 weeks.

Do I have to come to your shop or can you come and see me?

Yes, we are here to be of convenience to you. For our full range we advise that you come and visit us at our shop, however we understand that time may be a factor therefore we offer a full visiting service within London.

How many fittings does it take?

One consultation to start with and one fitting although more may be necessary.

A half way fitting is available surcharges may apply.

I need something made up quickly, is this possible?

Yes, our usual express service is at 4 weeks, however a quicker service is available (surcharges will apply)

How long does the consultation take?

Anywhere between 30 minutes and 1hour and 30 mins depending on ones own decisiveness.

I need to completely revamp my wardrobe can you help?

Yes, we do everything from Suits, Casual jackets, Jeans Chinos. Everything that one would find in any fine gentleman’s wardrobe.

Can you accommodate large parties?

Yes we are experienced in dealing with large parties- please inform us as to how large your party will be so that we can adequately prepare for your arrivals.

I'm an awkward shape, does that matter?

No, everyone is different and has there own eccentricities. We are experienced in dealing with all body shapes and sizes and everything is made from scratch.

I live out of the country/ London can you still help?

Yes, we have clients from all over the world in which we have done consultations via video conference.

How long have you been established?

We have been trading for 12 years and have been at our current location on Shaftesbury Avenue since March 2014.

What is your refund policy?

We do not accept refunds for any goods, however we will either repair or replace any faulty items (excluding wear and tear) within a reasonable time period.
